## About the Role

* Du hast mindestens drei Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der SAP-Entwicklung.
 * Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in ABAP, idealerweise ergänzt um ABAP Objects.
 * Du kennst SAP HCM und hast bereits mit dessen Datenstrukturen und Prozessen gearbeitet.
 * Du verstehst das Zusammenspiel von Frontend, Backend und Schnittstellen.
 * Du beherrschst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und kannst technische Zusammenhänge sicher und verständlich erklären.
 * Du arbeitest dich gerne in bestehende Anwendungen und komplexe Fragestellungen ein.
 * Du arbeitest eigenständig, begründest technische Entscheidungen nachvollziehbar und teilst dein Wissen im Team.
 * Du bringst Verbesserungsvorschläge ein und möchtest dich fachlich weiterentwickeln.

Erfahrung mit SAP Fiori, SAPUI5 und OData ist besonders willkommen. Kenntnisse in CDS, RAP, REST-APIs oder SAP BTP sind von Vorteil.

Dein bisheriger Schwerpunkt darf im Backend oder im Frontend liegen. Wichtig ist, dass du Interesse mitbringst, deine Kenntnisse in die jeweils andere Richtung auszubauen.

 * Du verbindest Frontend, Backend und angrenzende Systeme über Services und Schnittstellen.
 * Du analysierst bestehende Entwicklungen und modernisierst sie, wo es fachlich und technisch sinnvoll ist.
 * Du bringst deine technische Perspektive frühzeitig in die Lösungsfindung mit unseren Consultants ein.
 * Du analysierst Fehler, gehst ihren Ursachen auf den Grund und entwickelst dauerhaft tragfähige Lösungen.
