 * Be an early applicant, * First- und Second-Level-Support für interne und externe Kund*innen bei technischen Fragen und IT-Problemen
 * Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen via Telefon, E-Mail oder Remote-Zugriff
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Betriebssystemen sowie Anwendungssoftware
 * Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
 * Durchführung von Hardware-Austausch und -Upgrades sowie Netzwerkdiagnosen
 * Dokumentation von Anfragen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem sowie Eskalation komplexerer Probleme an den Third-Level-Support
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten zur Optimierung der internen Systeme
