Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis als AI Engineer, MLOps Engineer, Data Engineer oder Cloud Platform Engineer in produktiven Umgebungen.
AI & LLM Stack: Hands-on-Erfahrung mit Large Language Models, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Search und Agenten-Architekturen.
Databricks & Azure: Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Mosaic AI) sowie der Azure-Plattform (Azure OpenAI, Key Vault, Storage, Networking).
Software Engineering & MLOps: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python, SQL, CI/CD, MLOps und IaC (Terraform / Bicep, Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).
Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Must-Have) und gute Englischkenntnisse.
Erfahrung mit LLM-Frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex etc.), Guardrails und Human-in-the-Loop-Prozessen.
Kenntnisse in Docker / Kubernetes sowie Event-Streaming (Azure Event Hubs / Kafka).
Erfahrung in agilen Frameworks (Scrum / Kanban).
