## About the Role

* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
 * Extensive hands-on experience collaborating with product teams, including product management, engineering, design, data science, and data engineering.
 * Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate results effectively.
 * Experience in product optimization, including funnel/website optimization and outbound communication channels like email or push notifications.
 * Proven expertise in Python and AWS CDK; familiarity with other languages and frameworks is a plus.
 * Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a global and multicultural environment.
 * Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.

Take ownership of defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that inform product evolution and business impact, ensuring our data-driven insights lead the way!

How You'll Make an Impact

 * Engage in product and project management, collaborating with the product team to enhance product understanding and performance.
 * Communicate and demonstrate design architecture while considering business requirements and value.
 * Build strong business relationships, translating client needs into actionable requirements.
 * Define and analyze metrics that gauge product success and monitor D&A product adoption in the market.
 * Develop reusable components, standardized templates, and reference architectures to apply data & analytics best practices consistently.
