## Description

Der Fokus der Position liegt auf der Betreuung und Optimierung von SAP HCM in den Bereichen Entgeltabrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft und Customizing. Zudem unterstützen Sie die Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen und wirken an der Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemlandschaft mit.

 * Speichern, * Du nimmst die Anforderungen unserer Stakeholder auf und arbeitest aktiv bei der SAP HCM Transformation mit
 * Die Wartung, das Customizing und die Weiterentwicklung des SAP-HCM in den Bereichen Personaladministration, Personalabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft inkl. Schnittstellen gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben
 * Du setzt die fachspezifischen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen durch entsprechendes Customizing um
 * Du analysierst, pflegst und optimierst die personalwirtschaftlichen Prozesse
 * Die Dokumentation von Prozessen, Systemeinstellungen und Betriebsabläufen runden Dein Aufgabengebiet ab
