## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium (Diplom/Master) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erfahrung mit Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Lösungen sowie SQL-basierter ETL-Entwicklung
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit AWS Stack (Athena, Redshift, Lambda, Stepfunctions, S3 etc.) und Datalakehouse-Architekturen
 * Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Testautomatisierung, Testkonzeption, Testmanagement, CI/CD-Prozessen und generativer KI
 * Erfahrung in agilen Teams (Scrum)
 * Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke sowie Stakeholder Management
 * Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse im Fahrplan-/Kapazitätsmanagement, Datenmigration in die Cloud, komplexe Datenmodellierung, Query-Tuning (Athena, Redshift), Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z.B. Power BI), Jira, Confluence, Testmanagement, KI-gestützte Dev-/Testtools, Schnittstellen- und Integrationstests
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Programmierung, Analyse und Konzeption im agilen Team nach Scrum-Methodik
 * Entwicklung auf der AWS Cloud Plattform (Athena, Redshift, Lambda, Stepfunctions, S3, u.a.)
 * Beratung und Unterstützung bei Testautomatisierung, Testkonzeption und Testmanagement
 * Integration generativer KI-Lösungen im Testprozess sowie Durchführung und Dokumentation von Tests
 * Migration von ETL-Strecken und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Datenarchitektur
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und Unterstützung bei agilen Entwicklungsprozessen
