We have made a substantial investment in building an agentic AI platform, and are seeking a highly capable AI Enablement Engineer to help drive adoption of this platform across the business. In this role, you will work closely with users to identify opportunities to automate processes, improve productivity, and embed AI effectively into day-to-day workflows. You will act as a trusted partner to business teams, helping them translate real operational needs into practical AI-enabled solutions while promoting responsible, effective, and scalable use of AI across the organization., * Partner with business users across Capital Markets to identify, prioritize, and implement high-value AI and automation use cases. * Help users apply CIBC's agentic AI platform to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance business decision-making. * Guide teams in designing effective AI-enabled processes, including workflow automation, knowledge retrieval, research support, reporting, and operational tasks. * Evangelize best practices in AI usage, including prompt and context engineering, responsible AI, evaluation, governance, and human oversight. * Mentor and coach users across teams to improve AI fluency, confidence, and effectiveness in day-to-day work. * Develop playbooks, guidance materials, training content, examples, and enablement resources to support adoption at scale. * Facilitate workshops, office hours, and working sessions to help teams discover and implement practical AI use cases. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS * Partner with product, engineering, and platform teams to communicate user feedback, identify adoption barriers, and improve the overall user experience; act as a trusted advisor to business teams across Capital Markets. COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES * As an employee of CIBC, the incumbent must comply with all applicable CIBC and Line of Business policies, standards, guidelines and controls.
