## Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Patient Experience Digital Officer to join our Patient Experience, Engagement and Insight Team., * Lead the co-ordination and reporting of patient experience intelligence, including the Friends and Family Test (FFT).

 * Lead the Trust's Friends and Family Test (FFT) reporting processes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
 * Analyse quantitative and qualitative patient feedback to identify trends, themes and opportunities for improvement.
 * Produce accurate and meaningful reports, dashboards and presentations for a range of stakeholders.
 * Work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to support decision-making and service improvement initiatives.
 * Support the development of patient experience reporting systems and data quality processes.
 * Use SQL and other reporting tools to extract, validate and analyse information from multiple data sources.
