Duties of the Senior Data Analytics Manager:

 * Promote a data-driven decision-making culture at all levels of the organisation.
 * Act as the senior business partner for analytics and business intelligence.
 * Develop and implement AI solutions to optimise operations and decision-making processes.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
 * Ensure data accuracy, security and quality across all analytics activities.
 * Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques within the organisation.
 * Provide leadership and mentoring to the analytics team.
 * Monitor industry trends in data and AI to keep the organisation competitive.
 * Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.
