## About the Role

* A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
 * Strong programming fundamentals
 * Experience with a language such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
 * Evidence of university, personal, internship, or placement projects
 * A genuine interest in software engineering beyond coursework
 * Ability to explain technical decisions and the reasoning behind them
 * Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership
 * Ability to read code, solve problems, challenge assumptions, and critically assess solutions proposed by modern tools
 * Experience with C#/.NET, React, Azure, SQL, or similar technologies would be useful, but is not essential
