 * Log and track maintenance jobs accurately within the CRM system, prioritising tasks efficiently

 * Raise accurate invoices for completed work and assist with debt management
 * Maintain detailed records of service requests, job statuses, and financial transactions
 * Suggest and support process improvements to optimise service delivery and customer satisfaction
