## About the Role

* 8+ years' experience in Data Visualisation, Information Design or Visual Journalism
 * Strong portfolio showcasing data-led storytelling
 * Experience working with and interpreting datasets independently
 * Advanced PowerPoint and/or Keynote skills
 * Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator or similar design tools
 * Motion design experience using After Effects or equivalent
 * Strong Excel skills
 * Experience utilising AI tools within design or analysis workflows
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Desirable Experience

 * Luxury, fashion, culture or premium brand exposure
 * Agency, consultancy or editorial environment
 * Marketing analytics, audience insights or cultural research experience

## Description

This is a genuinely unique opportunity for someone who loves transforming complex data into compelling visual stories. You'll work closely with strategists, analysts and senior stakeholders, creating high-impact visualisations that influence decision-making at board level.

This is not a dashboard or reporting role.

We're looking for someone with strong editorial judgement who can interrogate data, identify the narrative, and communicate insights through beautifully crafted static and motion-based visuals.
Responsibilities

 * Transform complex datasets into engaging visual stories
 * Create presentation-ready charts, reports and graphics for senior audiences
 * Produce short-form animated visualisations and motion graphics
 * Collaborate with strategy, insight and client teams
 * Challenge assumptions and ensure data supports the narrative
 * Develop scalable visualisation standards and design systems
 * Utilise AI tools to improve research, analysis and creative workflows
