A well-managed project is one which is completed within the time and agreed budget and where there is a high level of communication between the Project Manager- the client & the Technical team. In addition to this, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing the clients relationship, helping the develop their long-term IT Strategy and Development along with running client meetings and managing IT Packages. As a Project Manager, you will be required to be good on the phone and organised. Also, consistent and able to complete tasks thoroughly applying intelligence and broader understanding where necessary.
