This role will drive user readiness, capability building and sustained adoption across a globally distributed organisation, ensuring stakeholders are prepared, supported and engaged throughout the transformation. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing complex digitalised design or technology transformation programmes and delivering measurable adoption outcomes.
