The field work feeds the platform, the platform scales what you learn.On the ground: 2-3 days a week on-site with acquired companies during transformation phases. You are their technical partner, finding the tedious, broken, or manual processes and fixing them. The range of problems is wide and the tech varies accordingly. Everything you build directly increases efficiency and revenue.Problem to production: You identify the highest-leverage opportunities, scope them, and ship working software within weeks, not quarters. Every improvement has a direct line to margin and growth.AI-powered automation: You will work across the full spectrum of applied AI: from document generation, scheduling, customer communications, and automating legacy software workflows, through to computer vision, sensor and lab hardware integrations, and agents that reason across messy operational data.Leadership: As Venmark scales, so does this role.
