You will provide support to people when they have an IT issue, need a new machine, or when they need general IT support. You'll work closely with our UK IT lead and be part of a broader EMEA IT setup. You'll be trusted to work autonomously, while taking full ownership of your responsibilities and delivering daily tasks to deadline. Responsibilities and duties: 1. Operational * First level support for users (Windows, Office, general end user IT enquiries) * Setting up and deploying laptops and desktops * Keeping track of assets and stock control (monitoring what stock is where and who is holding the asset, as well as identification of what may be missing) * Basic troubleshooting (and knowing when to escalate) * Handling simple user/admin tasks in Active Directory * Supporting HR with onboarding/offboarding of employees * Providing IT induction to all new starters * Helping coordinate rollouts when we change or introduce software globally. 2. Stakeholder management * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. * Communicating with stakeholders, both locally and across the wider EMEA. 3.
