## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
 * 4+ years of relevant professional experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
 * Strong expertise in database architecture, design, and management.
 * Proven experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and scalable data workflows.
 * Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, or other relevant programming languages.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and configuration management.
Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience in medical devices, sensor technologies, or algorithm development.
 * Understanding of signal processing techniques.
 * Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence frameworks.
 * Exposure to computer vision and image processing.
 * Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
 * Working proficiency in C++, C#, or MATLAB.

## Description

* Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from clinical study data collection to clinical validation trials.
 * Design and manage scalable data infrastructure across clinical trials, sensor platforms, and HPC environments.
 * Maintain and optimize data storage, access, security, and backup systems.
 * Develop data manipulation, processing, and testing tools to ensure data quality and reliability.
 * Define and implement data architecture, engineering best practices, and standards across R&D.
 * Collaborate with AI engineers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to align data systems with project goals.
 * Enable reliable, efficient data usage for AI, machine learning, and signal processing applications.
