 * Contribute to architecture reviews and help shape architectural decisions
 * Mentor junior engineers, provide code reviews, and promote development best practices
 * Work with product and project teams to ensure solutions are delivered to quality standards and timelines
 * Contribute to improving team efficiency by exploring AI-assisted development technologies
