 * Prior consulting experience preferred, or the right attitude and transferrable skills with relevant industry experience .

## Description

As an Invisors Financials Senior Consultant specialising in Revenue, you will work closely with clients to deliver on projects. This role will allow you to creatively solve complex problems, serve clients in many industries, and mentor newer consultants. You will be the primary face of the Revenue workstream for your clients, so your contributions to the team will be visible and appreciated.

In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Senior Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our processes, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute to projects internally., An Invisors Financial Revenue Senior Consultant must:

 * Demonstrate Workday skills across areas such as Banking, Customers, Revenue Management, Projects and/or PSA. You may have previously focused on other areas such as Financial Accounting with some Revenue exposure and have a keen interest in Revenue Management. You will have project or industry experience and can manage client requirement meetings without additional guidance.
 * Can run discovery sessions for a Workday PSA Financial project.
 * Leader of a workstream. Inclusive of tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology components
 * Deep knowledge of their workstream and can estimate effort/scope for that workstream.
 * Direct the activities of consultants associated with their project under the guidance of an architect.
 * Show core Workday skills and project/industry experience that enables them to facilitate client requirement meetings.
 * Act as a Mentor for lower-level employees.
 * Actively assist their direct supervisors and other leadership without needing to be asked.
 * Contribute to the internal goals of Invisors
