## About the Role

Essential:

 * Strong educational background - At least a 2:1 in STEM subject
 * Commercial experience developing with C#.
 * Good understanding of .NET / .NET Core.
 * Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles.
 * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * A genuine interest in developing high-quality software.
 * Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a development team.

Desirable:

 * Experience with ASP.NET Core or Web APIs.
 * Knowledge of SQL Server.
 * Exposure to multithreading, asynchronous programming or distributed systems.
 * Experience with Git and modern development practices.
 * Understanding of performance optimisation and low-latency systems.
 * Exposure to automated testing and CI/CD.
 * Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.

## Description

We are looking for a Junior C# .NET Developer to join a growing technology team developing and supporting high-performance, real-time software systems.

You will work alongside experienced developers and gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle, contributing to systems where performance, reliability and scalability are critical., * Develop, enhance and maintain applications using C# and .NET.

 * Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
 * Work alongside senior developers to investigate and resolve technical issues.

 * Participate in code reviews, testing and debugging.
 * Help monitor and troubleshoot production systems.
 * Collaborate with developers, testers and other technical teams.
