## Description

Au sein d'un environnement exigeant et international, vous intégrerez une équipe support dédiée à l'accompagnement des utilisateurs et à la qualité de service, @ Assurer le support utilisateurs de niveaux 1 et 2 en proximité, Help Desk et kiosque IT ;
@ Accompagner les utilisateurs avec professionnalisme, pédagogie et sens du service ;
@ Diagnostiquer, résoudre ou escalader les incidents techniques dans le respect des SLA ;
@ Prendre en charge les problématiques liées aux postes de travail, à la mobilité, aux imprimantes, périphériques et outils métiers ;
@ Assurer le suivi des demandes et incidents via les outils ITSM ;
@ Participer à la mise à jour de la documentation et des procédures ;
@ Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité de service ;
@ Collaborer avec les équipes infrastructures afin de garantir la continuité des services.
