## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, increase revenue, and expand our customer base. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and enhancing the restaurant's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

 * Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate clients, events, catering, partnerships,)

 * Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and key stakeholders

 * Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue

 * Drive bookings for private dining, events, and group reservations

 * Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, and brand positioning

 * Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

 * Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and corporate deals

 * Represent the restaurant at networking events and community functions

 * Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
