## About the Role

* A proven technology leader with experience shaping and delivering enterprise technology strategy within a complex organisation.
 * A track record of leading large-scale technology and business transformation, turning strategy into measurable outcomes.
 * Strong understanding of data, digital and AI, with experience using technology to drive innovation, efficiency and commercial value.
 * Experience overseeing technology operations, cyber security, risk management and business resilience.
 * Commercially astute, with experience managing significant technology investment, supplier relationships and strategic partnerships.
 * Credibility and confidence operating at Executive or Board level, influencing senior stakeholders and supporting organisational decision-making.
 * An inspiring leader who can build high-performing teams, develop capability and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

It would be advantageous if you had:

 * Experience within a law firm, professional services business or other knowledge-led organisation.
 * Experience leading legal technology, client-facing technology or innovation initiatives.
 * Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot.
 * Relevant professional qualifications or certifications.

## Description

This is a rare opportunity to join our leadership team as Chief Technology Officer and play a central role in that journey. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and working closely with the Board and partners, you'll help define how technology, data and AI support our strategic ambitions, strengthen our competitive position and enhance the experience we deliver to clients and our people.

 * Leading business-critical technology and transformation programmes from strategy through to delivery.
 * Ensuring the firm's technology, cyber security and data capabilities are robust, secure and future-focused.
 * Building high-performing teams and strong partnerships across the business.
 * Providing strategic leadership as a member of the Executive Board, contributing to the wider success of Walker Morris.
