You will work closely with our social media team to concept and create platform-specific content across organic and paid social, including static graphics, infographics, carousels, animations, short-form video, and other emerging formats. The ideal candidate understands how to bring brand identities to life in social environments rather than simply adapting traditional creative for social. You should have a strong eye for engaging, platform-native design and the ability to quickly translate complex topics into clear, compelling visual content. You will collaborate with social strategists, copywriters, medical writers, and fellow creatives to develop content and campaigns for clients across the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries. A strong multi-platform portfolio and a curiosity about evolving social trends, formats, and creative best practices are essential., * 3-5 years of professional design experience with a strong focus on social media in an advertising, marketing, communications, or brand environment; healthcare, life sciences, or agency experience is a plus * A portfolio demonstrating strong social-first design across multiple platforms and formats, including static graphics, carousels, motion, animation, and short-form video * Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro;
