We're building the design team from scratch, and this is a critical early hire to help set the foundation as we build fast. The role is rooted in design systems but won't stay there. You'll be involved in product decisions alongside PMs and engineers from day one. What you'll do * Own the design system: token architecture, Figma Variables, component library, Code Connect mappings, documentation * Be the connection between design and engineering. When things drift, you catch it and work with engineering to fix it before it becomes a problem. * Set accessibility and quality standards and hold to them * Work with PMs and product designers when a systems decision has product implications * Use AI tooling as part of how you work.
