Responsibilities - Independent development of complex firmware solutions - Architecture and design of firmware systems - Drive improvements in software quality, testability, maintainability, and reliability - Mentor and support junior developers - Provide technical leadership on projects - Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders - Optionally, take on team leadership responsibilities in the medium term Requirements - At least 5 years of professional experience in firmware development - Strong programming skills in C/C++ - Extensive experience with modern microcontroller architectures - In-depth understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) - Experience in functional safety and/or cybersecurity - Good knowledge of communication protocols - Experience with version control systems, such as Git
