A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be part of the homegrown HR benefit and compensation platform COIN, working as a Fullstack Developer within a global HR IT product team. Together with Product Owners from the business and external development partners, you will contribute to the design, development, and operation of a global HR platform supporting merit processes, talent management, people administration, and compensation-related use cases. In this role, you work end-to-end across frontend and backend, actively shaping solution architecture, ensuring high quality, and coordinating with stakeholders across the full application lifecycle.

How You'll Make an Impact

 * Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of the COIN platform
 * Develop scalable backend services using C#, .NET, and EF Core
 * Design and consume RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous communication
 * Work with a broad range of AWS services, including RDS, MSK, Redis, and cloud networking components
 * Contribute to solution and application architecture across frontend and backend
 * Coordinate with external providers, managing workload, sprints, and delivery quality
 * Collaborate closely in cross-functional teams (IT, HR Business, Product Owners, Service Owners)
