## About the Role

* Du hast eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Tasche.
 * Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen mit.
 * In den Bereichen VLAN, Routing, VPN und Firewalling macht dir so schnell keiner etwas vor und du kennst dich mit gängigen Routern sowie WLAN-Komponenten aus.
 * Du arbeitest selbstständig, denkst analytisch bei der Fehlersuche und kommunizierst klar und serviceorientiert mit unseren Kunden.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und ein Führerschein der Klasse B für Einsätze vor Ort runden dein Profil ab.

## Description

* Planung, Einrichtung und Betrieb von Routern, bevorzugt LANCOM
 * Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Switches, inklusive VLAN-Segmentierung
 * Administration von Firewalls (Securepoint, Sophos, Fortinet)
 * Aufbau und Betreuung von WLAN-Umgebungen, bevorzugt UniFi
 * Einrichtung und Pflege von Routing und Standortvernetzung (VPN)
 * Störungsanalyse und -behebung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level
 * Überwachung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur per RMM (ninjaOne)
 * Dokumentation der Kundennetzwerke
 * Beratung der Kunden bei Erweiterung und Modernisierung ihrer Netzwerke
