## About the Role

* Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung komplexer SAP- und ERP-Plattformen mit und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP Basis, Infrastruktur, Performance, Transporte, Schnittstellen und Security.
 * Du hast Erfahrung in technischer Governance, im Umgang mit Compliance- und Audit-Anforderungen sowie im Identity- und Access-Management.
 * Du verfügst über Führungserfahrung und bist routiniert in der Steuerung interner Teams sowie externer Dienstleister
 * Du arbeitest strukturiert, service- und prozessorientiert mit hoher Verantwortungsbereitschaft und zeichnest dich durch starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Entscheidungsfreude und eine sichere Kommunikation aus.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

## Description

* Du übernimmst die Führungs- und Gesamtverantwortung für den Betrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung der ERP-/Corporate-Plattformen (SAP und Non-SAP)
 * Du stellst einen stabilen, performanten und sicheren Betrieb aller ERP-Systeme sicher und übernimmst die strategische Verantwortung für Infrastruktur, Performance und Kapazitätsplanung (Compute, Storage, Datenbanken).
 * Du verantwortest die Governance für Transportmanagement, Updates, Patches und Upgrades und koordinierst diese eng mit den relevanten IT-Fachbereichen.
 * Du steuerst Monitoring und Incident Management und übernimmst das Service- und Providermanagement inklusive SLA-Monitoring, Eskalationen und Vertragssteuerung
 * Du verantwortest das SAP Identity Lifecycle Management (User, Rollen, Provisionierung sowie On- und Offboarding) und definierst Governance, Standards und Betriebsdokumentationen.
 * Du wirkst in Projekten mit und steuerst diese, einschließlich Testphasen und der Sicherstellung der Go-Live-Readiness.
