Who is Siemens Energy? ## Description This Specialist Professional role is a critical replacement to ensure business continuity within the Power and Grid Management team. The position is essential for maintaining agreed-upon delivery schedules and upholding the quality standards for our power plant control systems. To achieve these objectives, the role focuses on three core areas: advanced test strategy and planning, comprehensive test execution and automation, and rigorous defect management and analysis. These activities ensure that our digital products and solutions for the energy sector are robust, reliable, and meet all technical specifications before deployment. Given the focus on complex system verification, the ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with extensive experience in verification engineering. This includes proven proficiency in test automation, scripting languages, and a deep understanding of the engineering design process, coupled with the ability to manage large projects and mentor junior professionals.
