Preferred Certifications: * CompTIA Security+ (IAT Level II) or CASP+ (IAT Level III) * INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) * Project Management Professional (PMP) * Applicable software or hardware training and certifications commensurate with the IT environment specified within the task order ## Description The Systems Engineer (Level 4) serves as a senior technical authority for complex, inter-discipline, and inter-organizational systems engineering efforts in support of the ISEE program. This individual is responsible for managing very complex and/or high-risk programs, supervises assigned technical staff including subordinate managers, and provides expert guidance and direction to Government and vendor senior technical personnel.
