Judgment to compare tools and choose the right one for each case, rather than defaulting to a single vendor. Experience acting as the point of contact for a solution in front of business users, including ongoing support. A habit of proactively keeping the team informed about what's happening with business areas, without needing to be asked. Ability to gather requirements from non-technical areas and translate them into a working solution. Experience working in corporate environments with controls, permissions, and multiple stakeholders. Nice to have Experience with other low-code tools or agent builders (n8n, Make, Dify, or similar). Experience governing or monitoring a Power Platform tenant (environments, DLP policies, CoE Starter Kit, Application Insights). Power Platform certifications (PL-200, AB-410, or AB-620). Scripting in Python or JavaScript to extend the tool. Unblock organizational obstacles (access, permissions, definitions) until each use case reaches production.
