## About the Role

* Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs through the full SDLC, primarily waterfall, with working knowledge of Agile
\n

 * Comfortable managing a portfolio of concurrent initiatives across domains including infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and software implementation
\n

 * Technically fluent enough to follow engineering and architecture conversations, ask intelligent questions, capture requirements accurately, and translate them cleanly for business and executive audiences
\n

 * Demonstrated experience managing executive-level stakeholders and presenting to C-suite leadership, not just preparing the slides
\n

 * Strong problem-solving instincts: able to recognize what is missing, determine the next step independently, and take ownership when a project goes sideways
\n

 * A track record of challenging assumptions and pushing teams toward decisions diplomatically, not just flagging risks
\n

 * Comfortable operating in ambiguity, adapting quickly when direction changes, and staying oriented around the business objective, not just the project plan
\n

 * A degree is not required if the experience and execution record are strong
