## Description

* Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications
 * Monitor system performance, availability, and security using appropriate tools
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory)
 * Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management
 * Support backup and disaster recovery processes
 * Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects
 * Maintain and update system documentation, procedures, and configurations
 * Collaborate with network, security, and development teams to support business operations
 * Follow and help improve IT policies, procedures, and best practices
 * Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents as needed
