 * 14+ years of systems engineering experience involving: system requirements, functional decomposition and allocation, integrated design, analysis and evaluation, verification

 * Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills

 * Strong work ethic and sense of urgency for completing assigned work with a history of meeting commitments
\n

 * Ability to adjust priorities to multiple demands and unanticipated events

 * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

 * Highly motivated and works well in a team environment
