The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, Pega Case Management, integrations, and enterprise application development., * 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Pega development experience. * Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform. * Experience with Pega Case Management and Workflow. * Strong knowledge of Pega Rules, Activities, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Decision Tables, and Flows. * Experience with REST/SOAP web services and enterprise integrations. * Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases. * Experience with Pega application performance tuning and debugging. * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. * Experience working in large-scale enterprise applications.
