* 8-10 years of SAP experience with 7+ years in SAP BASIS/HANA Administration
 * Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori, SLT, SolMan & SAP Router
 * Senior-level SAP BASIS Lead experience with team management
 * Experience with RISE with SAP / S/4HANA transformations
 * Hands-on experience in SAP upgrades, migrations, implementations & conversions
 * Strong experience with DMO, OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions & system refreshes
 * Expertise in TMS, Transport Management, Kernel upgrades, Support Packages & background jobs
 * Strong knowledge of HANA HA/DR, Backup & Recovery, Performance Tuning & SQL Traces
 * Experience with SLT, SAP Data Services, BRTOOLS, SAP Quick Sizer & Data Archiving
 * Strong SQL scripting, stored procedures and performance optimization skills
 * Experience with Linux, networking, SSO, SSL certificates and SAP infrastructure
 * Knowledge of Client Copies, EarlyWatch, Incident Management, RCA and operational procedures
 * Experience automating SAP BASIS tasks using scripting/development approaches
 * Ability to drive end-to-end SAP landscape architecture and release planning
