 * 3+ years experience translating business requirements into test cases and scenarios
 * 2+ years experience testing IBM Curam software
 * Strong experience in test case development and execution
 * Ability to communicate QA findings, defects, and risks clearly to development teams
 * Experience creating and publishing QA status reports

Preferred Skills

 * 5+ years experience in large enterprise or e-business systems
 * Strong understanding of Healthcare/Medicaid operations and business processes
 * Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
 * Experience working in both:

 * Waterfall (SDLC)
 * Agile environments
 * Technical and/or Project Management certifications

## Description

* Perform end-to-end QA testing on technical solutions to identify and resolve defects
 * Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
 * Translate business requirements and policy documentation into test cases
 * Conduct functional, regression, usability, and negative testing
 * Design and support automated testing scripts where applicable
 * Maintain and track defects, issues, and test results documentation
 * Publish status reports on testing progress, issues, and risks
 * Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to resolve defects
 * Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, and QA governance processes
 * Ensure compliance with testing standards, policies, and best practices
