The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing and implementing Oracle Financials solutions, leading functional teams, and aligning financial processes with business requirements., * Lead the functional design, solution architecture, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. * Architect end-to-end financial solutions covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management. * Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions. * Define functional architecture, solution designs, configuration strategies, and implementation roadmaps. * Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and production support initiatives. * Provide expertise in financial processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C). * Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other integration technologies. * Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful solution delivery. * Lead functional configuration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities. * Ensure compliance with financial controls, accounting standards, and organizational policies. * Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and optimization using Oracle Fusion capabilities. * Provide architectural guidance, resolve complex functional issues, and mentor functional consultants.
