## Description

Castellum Inc. seeks a Senior Information Operations Data Scientist to support national security and defense missions. In this role, you will design and implement data models, analytics, and decision-support tools for information operations and cyber-focused programs. You will analyze complex, multi-source data (including operational, intelligence, and cyber data), develop algorithms, and build dashboards to reveal patterns, threats, and influence effects. Partnering with analysts, engineers, and mission leaders, you will translate mission needs into technical solutions, validate models, document methods, and present findings to government and military stakeholders in a secure, fast-paced environment., * Design and implement data models, algorithms, and analytics for information operations missions

 * Ingest, clean, and analyze large, multi-source operational, cyber, and intelligence datasets
 * Develop dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support tools for government stakeholders
 * Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and mission leads to translate mission needs into data solutions
 * Validate, test, and refine models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and mission relevance
 * Document methodologies, results, and technical approaches for technical and non-technical audiences
 * Support integration of analytics into operational systems and workflows
 * Adhere to security, compliance, and data handling requirements for classified and sensitive data
