Skills and Requirements

2+ years of experience in desktop support, help desk, IT support, or a similar end-user support role.

Experience troubleshooting and supporting both Windows and macOS environments.

Experience supporting users through a combination of walk-up support, phone, email, remote support, and ticketing systems.

Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.

Experience with hardware deployment, workstation setup, office moves, asset management, and peripheral troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of SaaS applications, Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity management tools such as Okta.

Knowledge of video conferencing technologies, including Zoom Rooms and collaboration tools. Experience creating or maintaining knowledge base articles and documentation.

Exposure to process improvement, automation initiatives, or workflow optimization.

## Description

We're seeking a customer-focused Technology Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support for both on-site and remote employees in a Windows and Mac environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service tickets, supporting office technology, and delivering a high-quality end-user experience through walk-up, phone, email, and remote support.
