## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of critical electric utility, transmission, substation, EPC, and energy infrastructure projects across the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team managing multi-million-dollar capital programs that help power communities, strengthen the electric grid, and support the future of energy and data center development. You will work alongside experienced Project Managers, engineers, construction teams, and utility stakeholders while gaining exposure to large-scale transmission, substation, generation, and infrastructure projects.

This position is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while collaborating on some of the industry's most impactful projects.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of transmission, substation, and power infrastructure projects
 * Coordinate project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables from project kickoff through closeout
 * Work closely with engineering teams, utility clients, contractors, and EPC partners
 * Track project financials, invoices, forecasts, and capital budgets
 * Assist with project reporting, status updates, risk management, and stakeholder communications
 * Support contract administration, procurement activities, and change management processes
 * Participate in project meetings and maintain detailed project documentation
 * Help manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring schedule and budget alignment
 * Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and construction partners
 * Contribute to the delivery of critical transmission, substation, generation, distribution, and data center infrastructure projects
