Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Expert im Identity & Access Management, in der Identity Governance oder im Identity Lifecycle Management sowie in der fachlichen Steuerung komplexer Vorhaben zeichnen dich aus
Fundierte Integrations- und Migrationserfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Quell- und Zielsystemen sowie ein sicheres Verständnis von Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, Provisionierung, Synchronisation, Reconciliation sowie Rollen- und Berechtigungsmodellen bringst du mit
Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in SAP- und HR-Integrationen, idealerweise mit SAP HCM, Core-OM-Strukturen und SuccessFactors kannst du aufweisen
Fundierte Praxiserfahrung mit One Identity Manager oder einer vergleichbaren IGA-/IDM-Plattform; Erfahrung mit One Identity Starling Connect und SuccessFactors-Integrationen ist besonders willkommen
Know-how in der Umsetzung asynchroner Dateischnittstellen, beispielsweise CSV-basierter ITSM-Integrationen, sowie Erfahrung mit mandantengetrennten IAM-Landschaften und unterschiedlichen Staging- und Umgebungsmodellen
Die Verbindung fachlicher IAM-Anforderungen mit technischer Umsetzung, Migration und Betriebsprozessen gelingt dir souverän; Entscheidungen werden belastbar für Kund*innen und Projektleitungen vorbereitet
Du bist mit Test-, Abnahme-, Release- und Betriebsübergabeprozessen vertraut und hast Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen wie DORA, NIS2, KRITIS, DSGVO, ISO 27001 oder BSI IT-Grundschutz
Du weißt, wie man KI-Tools gezielt und reflektiert einsetzt, Ergebnisse kritisch bewertet und aktuelle technologische Entwicklungen sowie innovative Impulse wirkungsvoll in deine Arbeit, Projekte und Kundenlösungen einbringst
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
