## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for maintaining and troubleshooting and developing new IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology operations across our facility. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will empower our teams to work efficiently and securely in a fast-paced environment., * Help develop and implement new systems being developed involving scanning, ocr, programming, database development, cloud based and local systems, networking, printing, interface with ERP Data.

 * Provide technical support and assistance for hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Manage help desk systems to track, prioritize, and resolve user requests promptly
 * Troubleshoot computer networking problems including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and related infrastructure
 * Support Windows, Linux operating systems, and Microsoft Windows Server environments
 * Maintain Active Directory accounts, manage user permissions, and support computer management tasks
 * Enhance existing SQL based ERP and assist in new development.
 * Assist with equipment troubleshooting including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
 * Work with AI agents in development.
 * Collaborate with team members to analyze issues and implement effective solutions quickly
