## About the Role

* Familiarity with IBM DOORS and No Magic Cameo highly desired
 * 10 years of related experience
 * Education Requirements: BS degree in systems, mechanical, or electrical engineering, MS in Systems Engineering a plus
 * Familiarity with DoD major acquisition program processes and requirements.
 * Ability to travel 25% of the time
 * Active security clearance required, eligibility for SAP clearance is required, * Master's degree in engineering or related field.
 * DoD test and evaluation certifications and experience.
 * Experience with systems engineering, integration, test and evaluation.
 * Top SECRET Clearance, AI Readiness: Textron expects employees to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively. Candidates should be comfortable learning and applying these tools, evaluating AI-generated output with sound judgment, and using AI in line with company policy and ethical standards. Prior experience with specific tools is not required - we value curiosity, adaptability, and good judgment.
