DESIRED SKILLS: * Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Power Platform Functional Consultant; Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate. * Experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High, Dataverse, Power BI embedding, and Microsoft Graph API. * Experience with AFPIMS or other DoD public-facing web content platforms and DoD web policy (DoDI 8550.01, OMB M-23-07 digital-first experience). * Experience supporting Department of War (DoW), DoD, or other compliance-driven Federal IT environments. * Experience using ServiceNow (incident, request, knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog, Virtual Agent) or a comparable enterprise ITSM platform. * Familiarity with ServiceNow Service Portal development and knowledge base presentation. * CompTIA Security+ CE certification. ## Description Empower AI is seeking a SharePoint / Web Developer to build and maintain solutions on the enterprise collaboration platform and public-facing web content for a Department of War agency supported by an enterprise IT Customer Support Services program serving more than 13,000 users across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and planned JWICS enclaves. The developer delivers custom solutions on Microsoft 365 integrated toolsets (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Framework, JavaScript), maintains front-end and back-end web content on the Government's web content management system, and ensures every deliverable meets Government coding standards, Section 508 accessibility, and responsive design principles. Work is managed against a Government-prioritized backlog in an Agile framework with formal stakeholder demonstration and acceptance.
