## About the Role

· At least five (5) years of progressive experience with database query languages such as Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, and MS Access.

· At least three (3) years of hands-on experience with Relational Database Management Systems.

· Experience with various operating systems and additional programming languages.

· Experience on at least two projects in a large organization administering, operating, maintaining, and securing a large-scale computer database.

· At least two (2) years of experience with federal Human Resources IT systems.

Required Certifications

· DoD 8570 IAT Level II

· One applicable Computing Environment certification/credential from the following:

 * Microsoft Certified: Azure - SQL Server (MCA: SQL Server)
 * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (MC: Azure SAE)
 * Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Database Administrator (MCITP DBA)
 * Microsoft Certified Master - SQL Server (MCM: SQL Server)

## Description

B&A is seeking a HR Business Applications and Solutions Database Administrator to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Human Resources Management (HRM) Applications Information Technology (IT) Sustainment Support effort. This is an off-site position with periodic support for meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other locations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. · Conduct database quality control/auditing; advise users on access; maintain complex databases, database dictionaries, standards/procedures, file design/storage, and systems integration.
