## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of experience in embedded software development for manufacturing environments.
 * Proficiency in C/C++ for microcontroller programming and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
 * Demonstrated experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherCAT, PROFINET).
 * Strong understanding of hardware-software integration, including sensor interfaces and motor control.

Bonus Qualifications

 * Experience with robotics or industrial automation.
 * Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) beyond basic microcontroller OS.
 * Knowledge of safety-critical systems design (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508).
 * Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing or other advanced simulation techniques.
