## Description

Currently remote with occasional onsite attendance. Candidates should be prepared for the role to transition to five days per week onsite in the Chicago office based on business needs., * Lead large-scale software development programs through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

 * Drive program planning, execution, tracking, governance, and successful delivery of strategic software initiatives.
 * Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, communication plans, and governance processes.
 * Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, resource planning, and delivery milestones.
 * Build scalable operational processes that improve execution and cross-functional collaboration.
 * Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Platform, UX Design, and Research teams to ensure successful program delivery.
 * Influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
 * Facilitate decision-making, remove delivery roadblocks, and provide executive-level status reporting.
 * Thrive in ambiguous environments while maintaining strong execution and delivery focus.
