## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
\n

 * 6-8+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or related technology disciplines.
\n

 * 3+ years of hands-on Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience, including implementation of SSO and Privileged Access Management solutions.
\n

 * Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server environments.
\n

 * Knowledge of cloud security principles and controls.
\n

 * Experience with security assessments, security operations, and security engineering.
\n

 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
\n

 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
\n

 * Commitment to delivering high-quality, business-focused security solutions.
\n, * Security certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, Microsoft security certifications, or similar credentials.
\n

 * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and AWS security services.
\n

 * Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
\n

 * Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
\n

 * Experience implementing identity federation technologies including SAML and OIDC.
